We all make mistakes. But really, Microsoft?  It's like you're lying to me.

This snippet from the latest version of MS Word still doesn't convince me that software beats a human editor. You need a human to catch another human's errors.

Originally trained as a research scientist, Molly McBeath cut her technical teeth on water quality, electrochemistry, and nuclear waste remediation. Realizing that she was happier at the keyboard than in a lab coat, she transitioned to technical writing and editing.
